Due to a series of poor showings for the Conservatives in the polls, the aggregate spread is now only 8 points between them and the Liberals. The NDP continue to hover at 19 points, while the BQ holds their marginal and insignificant lead over the Green Party. Harris-Decima has the Tories at a lowly 32, with the Liberals hovering at 25. ARCELONA, Spain - One in two mammal species on Earth are in decline and at least one in four are at risk of disappearing forever, according to a scientific survey released Monday and whose sponsors described the trend as an "extinction crisis" in the making.
